When you sign in with Google, Kusuma Academy receives and stores your Google account identifier, name, verified email address, and profile image. We also store information you provide directly, course enrollments, and learning progress.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the learner dashboard and protected materials, manage enrollments, communicate about academy services, maintain security, and improve our programs.

Storage and sharing

Kusuma Academy does not store your Google password or Google access token. We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate this website or disclosed when required by law.

Your choices

You may update your profile, revoke Kusuma Academy access from your Google Account, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention obligations.
