Dr. Kurniawan Muhammad
Founder
A senior practitioner, academic, and ecosystem builder with extensive experience in media and public communication. Currently serving as a Director within the Jawa Pos Group network with proven expertise in building multiplatform media. He holds a Doctorate in Public Policy from Universitas Brawijaya and a Master’s in Political Science from Universitas Airlangga. Having previously led regional marketing and journalism organizations, he focuses on bridging public communication, policy research, and talent development.
Muhammad Shindid Maulana
Co Founder & CEO
Leads an integrated business holding across five lines spanning technology, education, brand activation, and commerce under the "Circular Value Loop" model, alongside ventures in AI-powered trade compliance and workforce staffing. LPDP Awardee and alumnus of the MSc in Venture Creation program at NUS. Focuses on designing modern business ecosystems and empowering MSMEs through digital downstreaming.
Yoga Abi Zakaria
COO
Brings over 5 years of experience managing business incubation programs, digital entrepreneurship, and government projects. Holds a Master's in Business Administration from ITB ASIA Malang. Proven track record leading over 10 incubation initiatives engaging hundreds of participants, with current focus on project management and digital education acceleration.

With more than five years of experience developing digital systems for government institutions, state-owned enterprises, private companies, and diverse organizations, he leads system architecture, product development, service integration, and infrastructure as CTO to keep Kusuma Academy reliable, scalable, and relevant to its users.

Proven track record in directing high-impact forums to foster collaborative and solution-oriented dialogue. Skilled in digital engagement analytics and community growth, with a focus on bridging stakeholders and boosting active participation.

With over 15 years of professional experience, he has spent more than 4 years specializing in business consulting. He holds a BNSP certification in Human Resource Management and has experience supporting individuals and organizations in developing their capabilities and achieving business objectives.
